The Journey's End

8/18

We leave Grand Haven and Jake and now off to Grand Rapids to see Brock.  We meet up in Eastown at Brick Road Pizza (many vegan options) for lunch and to catch up.  Then off to Furniture City Creamery.  We say good-bye to Brock and begin our last leg, homeward bound.

But there’s one more stop on our journey.  Just a few miles from our home is another Muffler Man.  We drove to the World’s Finest Frozen Custard and Mini-Golf in New Baltimore, Michigan.  There lives Greg E. Normous, named for golfer Greg Norman.  This muffler man is holding a golf club!  There’s also a A&W Teen Burger statue there.

Now just a short drive and.......HOME!

What a journey!  What an adventure!  Dan and I are still amazed at everything we did.  We met so many wonderful people from all over the world.  We had so many experiences.  We saw sunrises and sunsets, ate local foods, and traveled through a variety of landscapes.  We took the road less traveled.

On this day, this journey ended. However, The Ramblers cannot sit still - we have a lot more Ramblin’ to do!
